Cabbage Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped up (cut up)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped
    chopped hot pepper
Preparation
    In a large pan, put the oil in.
    Add the cabbage and small amount of water; stir and cook until the cabbage is fried some. Add onions, peppers, tomatoes and enough water to cover.
    Cook slowly for at least 2 hours.
    Put enough hot pepper to make it hot.
    Add salt to taste.
