Blueberry And Cinnamon Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a sizeable bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
    Stir until blended.
    Add blueberries.
    Preheat the griddle over high heat and add a little oil.
    Pour batter on griddle.
    Cook until underside is golden, then flip.
    Cook until golden.
