Cabbage Salad-Bulgaria(Salata De Varza Alba) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage
2 Tbsp. oil
2-3 Tbsp. vinegar
Salt

Preparation

Wash the cabbage and julienne. Rub it with salt until soft. Squeeze excess water. Mix with oil, vinegar and salt (if needed).
