Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups biscuit mix
    2/3 cups milk
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Combine mix, milk, parsley and cheese until dough forms.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto greased or non-stick cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until brown. Melt butter and garlic powder.
    Brush over hot biscuits.
    I bake in mini muffin pan for a bite size appetizer.
