Rice Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 slice ham
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small to medium can tomatoes
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 large green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In frying pan simmer cut onion, diced green pepper and cubed ham in the butter.
    Season.
    Add rice and tomatoes.
    Bake in casserole 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
