Creamed Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
1 large minced onion
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
3 c. diced potatoes
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. half and half
1 c. milk
Preparation

In large Dutch oven over medium-high heat in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender.
Add chicken broth and potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
