Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. low calorie mayonnaise substitute
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine apple, celery and raisins in a medium bowl.
Combine mayonnaise substitute and lemon juice, stirring well to blend. Add to fruit mixture and toss lightly to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Serving amount is 1 cup with 98 calories.
