Rice Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. drained mushrooms
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Add onion, bell pepper and rice. Mix together until all are moist.
    Remove from skillet and pour in casserole dish.
    Add consomme.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    The first 45 minutes, cook uncovered; add mushrooms.
