Halloween Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. peanut butter chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 for 9 x 13-inch pan and 325\u00b0 for glass pan.
    Melt margarine or butter in pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted shortening.
    Pour sweetened condensed milk over crumbs.
    Place chips down next; press down firmly.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes; cut into bars.
