Black-Eyed Pea Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1 jalapeno pepper, halved and seeded
    4 sprigs fresh cilantro
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. commerical tahini
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add first 4 ingredients.
    Process 20 seconds, stopping once to scrape down sides.
    Add black-eyed peas and next 4 ingredients; process the mixture until smooth.
    Pour olive oil gradually through food chute with processor running.
    Process until combined.
    Cover and chill, if desired.
