Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled shrimp
    1 garlic bulb
    1 bunch fresh coriander
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. pesto powder
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. fresh coconut
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    To melted butter or margarine, add chopped garlic (best if placed in the microwave to cook garlic in butter) or cook on stove the butter and garlic until tender.
    Then add all except lemon, coconut and shrimp.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook until done.
    Do not overcook.
    Add lemon juice and coconut.
    Stir for a few seconds with salt to taste.
    Serve.
