Oriental Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus, broken in bite size pieces
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Cook asparagus until tender-crisp; mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a small whisk and pour over asparagus after draining.
