Donnie'S Mock Turtle Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. milk
    1 c. canned cream
    2 pinches dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 hard-boiled egg yolks, chopped into chunks
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat in water, salt and pepper.
    When tender, add margarine, milk, canned cream and mustard.
    Bring back up to hot but do not boil.
    Put in 2 tablespoons flour and cook until thick. Add egg yolks and serve.
