Ingredients

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 (16 oz.) jar Fluff
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Spread half of the nuts in the bottom of an 8-inch square foil-lined pan.
In a large saucepan, combine Fluff, sugar, milk, margarine and salt.
Bring to a full, rolling boil, over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add morsels, extract and rind; stir.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Chill until firm.
