Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bran cereal
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk or buttermilk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. raisins
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine cereal and boiling water.
    Set aside until cool.
    Add eggs, milk, oil and fruit.
    Mix all of the dry ingredients and blend into the bran mixture.
    Grease 2 1/2-inch diameter muffin tins.
    Fill 2/3 to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
