Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and margarine thoroughly.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
