Avocado Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small ripe avocados
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    5 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    corn chips or tostadas
Preparation
    Peel and remove seed from avocado.
    Slice avocado very thinly (or cube) and arrange in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
    Spread sour cream over slices and sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Pour taco sauce over entire mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Just before serving, sprinkle with scallions and grated cheese. Serve with large corn chips or tostadas.
