Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar (packed) (I use white sugar)
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    6 qt. popped corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine; add sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil without stirring 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla; beat well.
    Gradually pour over popped corn. Mixing well.
    Turn
    into 2 large greased roasting pans.
    Bake at
    250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven;\tcool completely.
    Break\tapart
    and
    store
    in tightly covered container.
