Oysters Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2 c. dry crumbs
1 pt. drained oysters
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt the butter.
Add the crumbs.
Line a pie plate with 1/3 of the crumbs.
Add the oysters.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cover with rest of crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes in oven at 400\u00b0.
