Grammy'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    butter (size of an egg)
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and peel potatoes.
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook in double boiler until thick; then, thin with light cream when ready to use.
    Add potatoes and garnish.
    Keep in refrigerator.
