Pineapple Melba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
    1 c. (15 1/4 oz.) spear pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    1/2 c. fresh or thawed raspberries
Preparation
    Place peaches in food processor or blender.
    Cover and process or blend until smooth.
    Divide pineapple among 4 dessert dishes. Sprinkle with brandy.
    Top with puree and raspberries.
