Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
4 strips bacon, cut up small
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ham strips or smoked sausage
1 Tbsp. red mango pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of garlic
Preparation

Fry bacon.
When almost done crunchy, add onion, ham or sausage and mango pepper and fry a little.
Add cabbage and fry all together; do not overcook.
Add salt, pepper and garlic at the end.
If bacon is too greasy, pour some grease out.
