Almond-Cream Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. large strawberries
    1 (3 1/2 to 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    1 c. milk
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream, whipped
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    About 40 minutes before serving or early in the day, cut stem ends off strawberries.
    Cut a deep \"X\" in top of each strawberry. Gently spread strawberry apart to make \"petals.\"
    Set aside.
