Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. warm water
1/2 c. soft margarine
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir yeast mix and buttermilk into flour mix.
Turn out onto floured surface and roll into 1/4-inch rectangle. Spread with butter.
Fold dough in half. Cut into 2-inch squares.
