Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. each: green peppers, celery and onions, chopped
1 c. raw rice
2 1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Brown sausage. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add chicken broth and rice. Put into 2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
