Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, broken up
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender 10 to 15 minutes.
    Strain and chop coarsely.
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Add broth, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Add cauliflower and heat.
    Do not boil.
    Add lemon juice just before serving. Garnish with cheese, chives, chopped parsley or paprika.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
