Coleslaw Dressing(Tart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    butter
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    To one well beaten egg, add vinegar and sugar.
    Mix together and cook over low heat until thick.
    Stir constantly as it burns easily.
    Add a little salt and pepper and a dash of butter.
    Dry mustard may be added.
    Thin with cream, if needed.
