Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine tuna, soup, lightly beaten egg yolks, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in gently into tuna mixture.
    Put in well greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
