Salsa Chili And Cheese Potato Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 baking potatoes
1 medium green pepper, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. picante sauce
salt to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
Preparation

Microwave potatoes on High 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, rotating after 4 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Brown hamburger, bell pepper and onion; drain.
Stir in picante sauce, heat through, stirring occasionally.
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Break up and fluff with fork.
Season with salt.
Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture over each potato half.
Top with cheese and onions.
