Raspberry Fudge Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    2/3 c. finely ground almonds, toasted or pecans
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    1/4 c. seedless red raspberry jam
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and chocolate.
    Beat at medium speed until blended.
    Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs and jam; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in nuts. Cover and chill until firm.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 3 dozen.
