Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes (yams)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped English walnuts or pecans
    1/3 c. soft magarine (not melted)
Preparation
    Mix sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, vanilla, melted margarine and the egg and place in a buttered casserole dish.
    Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and soft margarine to crumb consistency. Sprinkle on top of dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
