Southern Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
