Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. each ground cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
Toss raisins with flour mixture.
Mix dry into wet ingredients.
Fold in nuts. Fill 12 cups 2/3 full and bake 18 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven. Serve warm with butter or honey butter.
