Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts (unbaked)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
    2 c. raw rhubarb, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place one pie crust in pie pan. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour and lemon rind; toss lightly with the fruit.
    Fill one pie shell.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
    Serves 8.
