Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or cooked, diced chicken
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. grated Colby or Longhorn cheese
    corn tortillas, dipped and cooked in hot oil
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain fat.
    In a casserole dish, spray bottom with nonstick spray.
    Cover the bottom with 1 cup of green chile mixture.
    Layer with corn tortillas, then sprinkle hamburger or chicken, onions and cheese, then cover with more green chile. Repeat layers of corn tortillas, hamburger, cheese and chile two times.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
