London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck or round steak
    1/2 c. lemon juice (part vinegar may be used)
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. herbs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 or 3 cloves garlic, crushed or powdered garlic
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Cover meat.
    Refrigerate and let stand for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning meat several times in marinade. Baste meat while broiling or baking.
