Huguenot Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. tart apples, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Beat eggs with mixer until lemon colored.
    Without stopping the mixer, add sugar to the eggs.
    Add baking powder, salt and flour; continue beating until well mixed.
    Add vanilla; fold in apples and nuts. Spoon into greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until crusty and brown.
    Crust will fall as Torte cools.
