Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium pork chops
3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Layer chops in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with potatoes and onion. Thin mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over chops, potatoes and onion. Cover casserole with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
