Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplants
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    salt, pepper and cinnamon
    pine nuts
Preparation
    Peel eggplants; cut in round slices 1/2-inch thick.
    Place under broiler until brown on both sides.
    Brown meat; season, then put a layer of eggplant, meat, tomato sauce (mix this with 2 cans of water first) and sprinkle with pine nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
