Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped
    4 c. high fiber, lo-cal wheat bread (8 slices)
    1 Tbsp. sage
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion with meat and diet margarine.
    Add bread and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stuff turkey.
