Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c margarine or butter
    1 c water
    4 Tbsp. chocolate (Use high quality chocolate)
    2 c flour
    2 c sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1/2 c sour cream or buttermilk
Preparation
    Bring butter, water and chocolate to a boil.
    Add at once remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
    Pour icing on as soon as you remove cake from oven.
