Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    4 green onions, sliced thin diagonally
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Stir first 4 ingredients in bowl; set aside.
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
    Transfer to platter; keep warm.
    Add green onions, ginger and garlic to skillet.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add soy mixture and cook one minute more.
    Pour over chicken.
    Makes 4 servings.
