Meat - Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12 inches, on a piece of wax paper. Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
    Starting with the shortest end, roll up jelly roll fashion and press ends of roll to seal.
