Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 c. instant or Quick grits
    1/2 tsp. salt (Adolph's salt substitute)
    1 (8 oz.) bag grated cheese substitute (Good Day brand found at Albertsons)
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Boil water with salt substitute.
    Add grits, cheese substitute and margarine and cook until thick.
    Cool for a few minutes before adding beaten eggs and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour in glass baking dish (well-greased with margarine or sprayed with original Pam).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
