Microwave Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Beat with rotary beater.
    Stir in bread cubes and raisins.
    Dot with butter.
    Microwave 26 to 28 minutes on Medium or until almost set in center.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
