Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add oil and salt.
    Mix with flour and pepper.
    Knead for 10 minutes.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Flatten on greased pans.
    Spread with sauce and partially bake at 425\u00b0.
    Top with cheese and your choice of toppings.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
