Low-Fat Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. applesauce
    3 c. zucchini
    3/4 c. raisins (optional)
    3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into muffin tins with cupcake papers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    May be frozen in airtight bags!
