Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. low fat sour cream
    1/3 c. light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. frozen green peas (thawed)
    3/4 c. diced reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. diced lean ham
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, pickle relish, and white pepper in a large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add macaroni and remaining ingredients.
    Toss well to coat.
    Cover and chill. (Serves 8.)
