Grandma'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. light molasses
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolve in hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add molasses, vinegar, soda and sifted dry ingredients.
    Form small balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
