Potato Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 1/2 c. water
1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. lard or oil
1 pkg. tortillas
Preparation

Fill a large pot with water and heat to boiling.
Add potatoes and cook for about 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon lard or oil.
Mash the potatoes and spoon them into tortillas.
Close filled tortillas and put in frying pan.
Cook until tortillas are done, then add lettuce and tomatoes on top of potatoes to make tacos.
